YFA undertakes consultancy and delivery of outreach media programmes for organisations looking to run youth filmmaking projects on a local or national scale. Our clients include BBC, Tate Gallery and Barbican Centre, London.
Our unrivalled experience of planning and facilitating filmmaking projects, competitions and initiatives means we know where the pitfalls lie, and we know what young people will respond to.
We understand the logistics, and can help our clients achieve the best results from their budget. We appreciate branding issues, and often deliver facilitation or whole programmes under the brand of our client.

Me and My Movie is a collaboration between BBC Learning, CBBC and BAFTA.
The challenge? In 2009, YFA was commissioned by the BBC to design and deliver filmmaking workshops for over 1000 young people aged 6-14 in 12 regions across the UK, helping them create short movies for entry into the BBC Me and My Movie Competition and achieving national outreach for the competition.
